Dr. Straka attended the University of Illinois College of Medicine where he graduated with honors and top of his class.  He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.  Dr. Straka went on to complete his residency in Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Straka has over 20 years of experience in Dermatology and is Board Certified in Dermatology and Mohs Surgery.  Dr. Straka uses his knowledge and abilities combined with compassion to treat all skin conditions from the common to the rare.  He is an astute physician and performs careful and thorough skin cancer screenings.  In addition, he has strong surgical skills to maximize treatment and cosmetic outcomes.

Dr. Straka is also an expert in treating dermatitis and contact allergies.  He has a vast knowledge base and all the tools needed to investigate and identify potential causes of allergic contact dermatitis, including extended allergy testing.

He is a skilled aesthetic Dermatologist, using the latest technology and treatments.  These include Botox, Dysport, fillers, surgical modalities and resurfacing lasers to achieve and create beautiful and natural results.

Dr. Straka has two sons.  He enjoys art, music, competitive cross country skiing, down hill skiing and mountain biking with his boys. Usually when outdoors, his dog will often be in tow.

Dr. Kleven is a Wisconsin native.  She graduated with honors from the Medical College of Wisconsin and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Honor Society.  She received the Clinical Excellence Award and was involved in several research projects.

Dr. Kleven completed her residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Dermatology and served as Chief Resident.

She is Board Certified and has over a decade of experience treating patients of all ages.  She is not only adept at treating both common and rare skin conditions, but also has a strong interest in pediatric and woman's health skin disease.  Dr. Kleven has a rare gift of combining her natural empathy and compassion with her sharp clinical acuity.

She performs careful and thorough skin cancer evaluations and is skilled in surgical Dermatology. She assures the best outcomes, both functional and aesthetic.

Dr. Kleven is accordingly a skilled Cosmetic Dermatologist as well.  She has a decade of experience evaluating patients interested in cosmetic options and tailoring the therapy to deliver natural, beautiful results.  She uses Botox, fillers, Kybella, and lasers, including fractionated CO2 and non-ablative systems.

Dr. Kleven has three daughters.  She enjoys painting and drawing, attending music events and cooking.  When she's not spending time with her girls or exercising, it's usually wrangling her two dogs.

Courtney Papp, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant, specializing in dermatology since 2004.  She received her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from Midwestern University in 2003.  Prior to beginning her Physician Assistant education, Courtney graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology.

Courtney sees patients of all ages.  She combines compassion with years of experience in Dermatology to provide excellent care.  This knowledge base and expertise is seamlessly melded with her friendly disposition.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Melissa is a  Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber. She is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association and has years of Wound Care and Dermatology experience. She obtained her nursing degree from Bellin College of Nursing in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She obtained her Masters of Science degree by completing the Family Practice Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Minnesota. She enjoys being a preceptor for new NP’s and nursing students. She sees any age patient with any dermatological concern. She also performs Cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels, micro-needling, laser hair removal and laser treatments for Pigment or Rosacea.

Tracy is a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber. She has many years of dermatology experience. She obtained her nursing degree from UW-Milwaukee and her Masters of Science degree from Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin. She is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association, Nurse Practitioner Society and The National Psoriasis Foundation. Tracy sees patients of all ages and any type of dermatological issue. 

Tracy will be heading up our Franklin location, working with Dr. Straka.

This team is an integral part of our clinical practice, sharing the same ideals of providing expert and professional medical and cosmetic care in a friendly and professional way.  They have a massive cumulative wealth of knowledge and dermatologic experience.
