Before the procedure, this patient presented with visible skin laxity across the face, reduced skin elasticity, and sagging in the soft tissue. Volume loss and changes in skin tone and texture were also apparent in the before photo.

Dr. Kristina Kleven performed a combination of radiofrequency-assisted liposuction of the face with awake liposuction, full-face CO2 laser treatment, and facial filler rebalancing. Radiofrequency-assisted liposuction, or RFAL, uses radiofrequency energy delivered beneath the skin to target tissue while the patient remains awake under local anesthesia. The CO2 laser works at the skin's surface to address tone and texture. Facial filler was used to rebalance volume across the face.

The after photo shows a visible reduction in sagging, with the facial contours appearing more defined. Skin texture and tone appear more uniform compared to the before image, and volume distribution across the face looks more balanced.
