Bullhorn Case 1

This patient came to Highlander Dermatology & Aesthetic Center seeking a fuller upper lip. Dr. Kristina Kleven performed a bullhorn lip lift, a procedure in which a small strip of skin is removed from beneath the nose to shorten the distance between the nose and the upper lip border.

In the before photo, the space between the nose and the upper lip appears elongated, and the upper lip's vermilion border sits with limited visible volume. In the after photo, that space appears reduced, and more of the upper lip's vermilion border is visible, creating a fuller appearance without the use of filler.
